XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installer Trainee in Little Rock, AR to grow in quality, customer service, and installation of our products.

You will train to install with high quality and maintain professional relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Responsibilities include transporting vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations, maintaining punctuality, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to confidently and safely drive high‑end vehicles.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Install with a high level of quality.
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail.
