Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee to develop skills in product installation, customer service, and quality workmanship. You will learn the proper installation methods and support customers at XPEL facilities and at client locations.

The role emphasizes safe driving, punctual attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
