Job summary

WME Express in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators for both full-time and part-time shifts. You will monitor self-driving vehicles during passenger service and testing, combining driving, vehicle monitoring, and customer service.

Training includes a 4–5 hour online course and a paid on-site training week, with sessions 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Shifts include mornings, mid, and afternoons, with Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving autonomous vehicles.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Able to assist passengers in wheelchairs (lift up to 30–50 lbs.).
• Must follow a strict no-phone policy while working.

• Mid: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Must be available to work Saturdays.
