Job Description

Responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for complex automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages, and negotiates claims within authority. Mentors junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess subrogation or fraud potential in complex cases
  • Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
  • Investigate all aspects of complex auto claims with discretion and independence
  • Review, evaluate, and negotiate injury claims when applicable
  • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
  • Recognize customer needs and provide excellent service
Qualifications
  • Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience
Additional Information

This is a remote role; candidates should be able to sit in any time zone. Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $85,000 annually, plus incentives.
