Job summary

Sharpnack Ford in Ohio is seeking A-Level Technicians to join a very busy, family-owned shop. We offer guaranteed hours, a large schedule, and no weekend work. Masters and senior techs may receive a substantial sign-on bonus and Ford certification opportunities.

Top pay ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, with advantages like mental health benefits, 401(k), paid vacations, and a heated, fast-paced shop environment. We value experience and will certify to Master Level Technician where possible.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of auto repair experience.
• Electrical experience or certification a plus.
• ASE certification a plus; we will certify.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
• Clearly write and communicate needed repairs/maintenance and the parts and time needed to repair
• Repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures
• Maintain repair and service records
• Install equipment, components, and systems
• Test vehicles both before and after repair
• Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

• Repair broken or worn mechanical and technology components
• Maintain repair and service records
• Install equipment, components, and systems
• Test vehicles both before and after repair
• Repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures
• Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Tech:

• At least 2 years’ Auto repair experience required!
• Electrical experience / certification a huge plus!
• ASE certification a Plus! We will certify!
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task
• Good work ethic
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
