Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate in West Point, Virginia to inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles for safety and performance in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

You will work with a skilled team to resolve technical challenges, gain hands-on experience across various vehicles, and uphold EH&S standards while maintaining a clean work area. A valid driver's license and ASE certifications are required where specified.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering/suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and compliance.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail with good communication.
