Victory Toyota Midtown, a leading Toyota dealership in the Chicago, IL area under new ownership, is hiring experienced service technicians/mechanics who are motivated to maintain high CSI and work as part of a team.

We offer flat rate pay up to $45+ per hour, great benefits, paid ASE certification and training, and a signing bonus up to $10,000. Our 28-bay air‑conditioned shop is open with multiple bays and shifts; Sundays are closed and career advancement opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pre-employment checks including background, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per standards.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding work required.
• Road test vehicles when required.
• Attend factory or dealer-sponsored training.
• Keep shop area neat and clean.

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards according to skill level and certification.

• Communicate with parts department for parts and supplies needed to complete work orders

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician / Mechanic:

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure positive team performance of service department


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.


• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
