Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team in retail
• Strong understanding of profitability and P&L concepts
• Ability to recruit, hire and develop quality Team Members
• Experience with inventory and store operations processes

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships, including coaching the team
• Selection, hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store Team Members
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards
• Coach all Team Members to deliver on Customer expectations (DIY and Professional)
• Manager on duty responsibilities and safety
• Lead change management and foster diversity
