Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Houston is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold Take 5 standards in our busy shop.

Experience is valued but not required; PAID TRAINING is provided along with opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training or Shop Manager, with earnings of $55k+ per year.

This role involves recruiting, scheduling, inventory control, customer service, and occasional heavy lifting, with early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory with End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) checks.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory.
• Understanding the shop’s finances to drive results and budgeting.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting shop duties.
