Job summary

Caliber Collision in Lockhart, TX is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support daily production operations. This role focuses on keeping the interior of the shop clean and organized, emptying waste, sweeping floors, and aiding in the cleaning of spray booths to maintain a safe work environment.

You will assist with tool storage, vehicle prep areas, and general maintenance tasks as needed, while following Caliber’s SOP.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks (lift >50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area, including waste disposal and sweeping.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools and equipment.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat; perform minor maintenance as needed.
