Job summary

Caliber Collision in North Carolina is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support a production shop environment. Responsibilities include housekeeping, waste disposal, cleaning spray booths, tool organization, and small maintenance tasks.

The position offers pay of $15.00-$17.00 per hour, weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits starting from day one, along with opportunities for I-CAR and ASE training and career growth within Caliber.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including emptying waste cans and sweeping floors.
• Dispose of unwanted parts, assist in cleaning spray booths, and place tools/equipment in proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat, orderly fashion and perform minor maintenance when needed.
