Job summary

Caliber Collision in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in the interior production area, including cleaning, organizing tools, and assisting with maintenance. The role emphasizes following SOPs to ensure repairs finish timely and efficiently.

Eligible for a wage of $16–$18 per hour, with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have, but not required: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including waste cans and sweeping floors
• Dispose of unwanted parts and assist in cleaning spray booths
• Place tools and equipment in their proper location and maintain parking lots/grounds neat
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary
