Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guest vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Install oil drain plug and filter; lubricate fittings as required.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; report safety issues.
