Jiffy Lube LLC in Albany, NY is seeking a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. You will be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

No automotive experience is required as training is provided; the role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a growth mindset, with opportunities to learn and advance through on-site and online training.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
