Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly with guests.
• Keep the service center clean and organized.
• Assist technicians and perform vehicle-related tasks.
