Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver quality work and great guest experience.
• Participate in training to gain certification and expertise in offered services.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable; document all work on repair orders.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and liaise with management on safety issues.
