Team Car Care East, LLC in Atlantic Beach, FL is seeking a part-time General Service Technician. You will service guest vehicles, participate in our training program to gain certification, and advance your career within the company. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and safety.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including weekends. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.
• Will ingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Professionally servicing our guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and guest experience.
• Under our training program, you’ll receive certification and build expertise in all offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter; clean and lubricate fittings.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and follow company policies.
• Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting.
