Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dealership or private repair shop.
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete work per standards.
• Perform repair work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Document work performed and time per company procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of typical mechanic tools.
