Job summary

Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician and Used Car Technician for a nationwide search. We offer relocation cost coverage and a signing bonus up to 5,000 dollars, with a 2,500 bonus at six months and the remainder after 12 months, subject to tenure requirements.

Ideal candidates bring Lexus/Toyota experience or proven highline capability, with strong diagnostic skills and a drive for excellence. A state license and clean driving record are required.

• Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections and repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

• Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using latest tools and systems.
• Greet customers courteously and maintain positive service atmosphere.
• Act as a secondary customer greeter in service drive area.
• Stay current with technical publications and repair orders per dealer specs.
• Ensure safe and high-quality vehicle service on first visit.
• Address customer concerns before proposing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for further sales opportunities and proper maintenance.
• Return vehicles clean or better than arrival and complete paperwork accurately.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
