Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking a Crew Chief to partner with the General Manager and lead the crew in delivering top-notch service. You will guide daily operations, optimize guest experiences, and drive sales while developing staff and maintaining standards.

You will work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, manage inventory and workflow, and participate in budgeting and performance improvement initiatives. This role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; leadership skills required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead a team, coach staff, and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the General Manager to grow guest counts and sales.
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across the store.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and inventory management.
• Lead store meetings and huddles to align on goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
