Midas Auto Experts is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department, overseeing technicians, delivering quality repairs, and driving tire sales and maintenance services. This developmental co-manager role focuses on training, customer service, and achieving shop goals.

Responsibilities include managing safety, coaching staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring policies are followed while delivering excellent customer service and clear pricing discussions with customers.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
• General automotive knowledge and customer-facing skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, prepare repair orders, and source parts.
• Discuss pricing estimates and promote service specials and financing options.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Supervise up to 10 employees and ensure policies are followed.
