Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through guest and employee interactions.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Advocate for employee training and development.
• Partner on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with workforce labor requirements and Goodyear Retail requirements.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Use provided tools to recommend products per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
