Job summary

Goodyear Rochester, MN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service center, building guest relationships and delivering outstanding service while helping manage the store. You will schedule associates, track profitability goals, and participate in training.

You must have at least two years of retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and be legally eligible to work in the United States; Goodyear offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by liaising between technicians and customers.
• Effectively manage the service department as needed.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Use tools to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels as needed.
