The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its Auto Service centers. You will hire and coach staff, schedule associates, manage appointments, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous automotive sales or service experience is preferred.
• Automotive shop management experience or military equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales and profitability goals through guest and employee interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Advocate for employees with training and development.
• Partner on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, including compensation philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with workforce labor requirements and Goodyear Retail requirements.
