You will help customers keep their vehicles running safely while gaining long-term career growth through hands-on training, mentorship, and development opportunities across 2,200+ locations.

You'll deliver exceptional service, learn store operations, and may assume Manager-on-Duty duties as you develop leadership skills in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support store operations, merchandising, inventory and daily tasks.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and leadership duties as needed.
