Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and performance.
• Support leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate.
