Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Service Advisor in Decorah, IA. You will greet guests, translate mechanical work into clear recommendations, and bill for tires, repairs, warranties and services while delivering a world-class experience.

We seek 1–3 years in automotive service sales and strong customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs are required. Flexible weekends and a path to supervisory roles are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to translate technical issues for customers.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving ability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Liaise between customer and technician; translate mechanical findings into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and other services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships to turn guests into lifelong customers.
• Help maintain showroom and inventory standards.
• Partner with the team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe.
