Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical recommendations, and drive service sales. You will build lasting relationships, document findings, and help keep showroom standards while collaborating with technicians to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first approach, and a willingness to grow into leadership roles within a nationwide tire and service network.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
