Kendall Honda of Eugene, part of Kendall Auto Group, is hiring a Service Receptionist to join our service team in Eugene, Oregon. The role supports a fast-paced service department by answering calls, greeting clients, and routing inquiries to the appropriate service advisor.

Formación

• High level customer service experience.
• Demonstrated time management and reliability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Receptionist experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls for the service department.
• Route client questions to the appropriate service advisor and take messages as needed.
• Greet clients in person occasionally.
• Complete outbound calls to schedule service recall appointments and provide service updates.
