Qualifications

5 years of Service Manager experience in the automotive industry is required.
Strong customer focus with negotiation and de-escalation skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability to develop team members.
Good automotive technical aptitude to work with technicians.
Ability to learn and work with automotive software.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage service operations, gross profit, and expenses.
Oversee daily operation of the service department to maximize sales and productivity.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of automotive service professionals.
Handle customer complaints promptly and tactfully; ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening and resolving concerns.
Increase labor sales and ensure quality service delivery by optimizing technician work.
