Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role.
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support in the store recruiting process.
• Supervise technicians and service personnel.
• Coach service department teammates on operational issues.
• Work directly with customers in sales and service.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service personnel.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with safety procedures.
