Job summary

Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care is seeking a Service Manager in Training to learn and support service and repair operations within a single-store environment. You will work with store leadership to develop skills in interviewing, training, and performance evaluation for technicians.

Ideal candidates possess strong automotive knowledge, customer service orientation, and a solid work ethic to achieve targets and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards, tools and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Assist in evaluating technician knowledge, skills, and performance for development and promotions.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
