Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting and training service technicians; contribute to development and performance discussions.
• Evaluate knowledge, skills and performance of technicians; provide input on development and promotions.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety, productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee daily work orders, time, tools, materials and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support diagnosis for service requests across makes/models.
• Suggest training to improve skills across technician levels.
• Ensure safe operation and proper use of tools/equipment; manage replacements within budget.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and safety standards; maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Analyze financial/operational data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Manage inventory needs of the shop; support safe, efficient operations.
