Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in Amityville, NY is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to support a high-volume Service Department. This full-time role offers weekly pay of $600-$800, potential commission, and strong benefits in a climate-controlled shop.

You will assist the Service Manager, communicate with customers, prepare estimates, ensure customer satisfaction, and help with parts coordination and workflow.

Qualifications

Required: Automotive Service Writer, Advisor experience.
Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services and create estimates.
Focus on customer satisfaction and accurate/ timely completion of repair orders.
Assist with parts requests, timecards, and work orders documentation.
Support other departments and ensure efficient shop operations.
