Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in Amityville, NY seeks an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to help run a high-volume Service Department and support the Service Manager in ensuring customers are satisfied and operations run smoothly.

This full-time role offers a weekly pay range of $600–$800 plus potential commissions, along with medical/dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k), state-of-the-art facilities, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience is required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
• Ensure CSI targets and efficient completion of repair orders.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to obtain correct parts and pricing.
• Ensure all materials are properly charged on repair orders.
• Provide training support to Receptionists and cover schedules as needed.
• Assist Sales and Rental Departments with technical information and service as needed.
• Maintain orderly office supplies and the shop environment.
