• Assist with profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders and timecard reporting.
• Help hit monthly CSI goals with excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Parts Department on parts requests and pricing.
• Support Sales and Rental Departments with technical information as needed.
