Jiffy Lube Round Rock is seeking a Crew Chief to collaborate with the General Manager, guide the crew, and drive consistent revenue growth through strong leadership and excellent guest experiences.

You will receive training for multiple roles, develop teammates, and advance within the company, with a focus on safe operations and high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the General Manager to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead by example to build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution; work with the District Manager on initiatives.
