Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the Service Department.
• Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot.
• Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles.
• Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities.
• Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed.
• Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested.
• Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered.
• Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
