Job summary

Payne Auto Group is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor for our Weslaco Ford location. You'll assist customers with their vehicle service needs while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of automotive systems. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, advising customers, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service environment.
• Valid driver's license (at least 3 consecutive years) and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with determining their service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the process.
• Advise customers on necessary services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and service history accurately in the system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and service procedures.
