Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in the service drive area and assists with the check-in process.
• Assists Service Advisor by identifying required maintenance with customers and technicians.
• May advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
• May offer additional services and repairs to customers.
• Assists with moving vehicles and reviewing documentation, processing payments, and returning keys.
• Schedules appointments with customers and maintains CSI at company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area and participates in required training.
