Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or other customer-facing sales experience encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs.
