• Greet customers and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Schedule appointments, check in vehicles, and invoice completed work.
• Order and organize parts for jobs.
• Support technicians and ensure smooth shop workflow.
