Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome guests, translate mechanical needs into actionable recommendations, and upsell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services. You will perform visual inspections and document findings, build lasting customer relationships, and help maintain showroom standards.

The role supports a team-focused environment with opportunities to grow into management, and requires flexible weekend availability to serve our customers when they need us

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, plus strong customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Willing to learn, grow, and lead.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
