Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Tacoma, WA. This friendly and motivated individual will greet customers, schedule appointments, and provide automotive service quotes. The position may be full or part-time, offering competitive pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour along with paid time off and holidays. Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Preferred ASE Certification; must obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in‑store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and explain services.
• Perform routine vehicle services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
