Point S Moab is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Moab, Utah. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth service experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a background in customer service, and a strong understanding of basic automotive maintenance. You'll be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections, providing service recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Prior experience in a customer service role ideally within the automotive industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Service Advisor.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of the customer's vehicle.
• Document customer concerns and collect relevant information.
• Recommend tires and services based on vehicle condition.
• Schedule tires and mechanical services.
