Toyota of Greensboro is seeking an Assistant Service Manager/Advisor to join the Service team. This customer-facing role welcomes applicants with no prior management or Service Advisor experience and offers paid training to develop in-house expertise.

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Attendance mandatory.
• Comfortable working on a Tablet.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Service Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Liaise between the technician and customer, providing vehicle reports and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is ethically sold to service customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to assure the highest customer experience and satisfaction.
