Job summary

Kunes Auto Group in Sycamore, IL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the service department, assessing service needs, preparing repair orders, and ensuring an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior Service Advising experience in a dealership or Service Center is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task is key
• Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
