Williams Auto Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our TEAM as Auto Sales Representatives. This Automotive Sales position helps customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced Automotive environment.
• Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Sales License required or ability to obtain one.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their Automotive and vehicle shopping needs.
• Greet customers in the showroom and on the Dealership lot.
• Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up.
• Guide customers through the Automotive Sales process from start to finish.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems.
• Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Stay current on Automotive products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments.
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
• Support Dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
