Job summary

Nimey's New Generation Cars in Utica, NY is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle, answer questions, demonstrate cars, and guide buyers through the process from start to finish. Experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required; retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds also fit.

Automotive Sales Consultant

Nimey's New Generation Cars is looking for the right person to join our sales team.

You don't need years of automotive experience to be a great fit. We're looking for someone friendly, motivated, good with people, and willing to learn.

New Generation Cars has been serving the Utica area since 1964. We're an independent, family-owned dealership, and we take pride in making the car-buying experience comfortable, straightforward, and personal.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help customers find the right vehicle, answer questions, demonstrate vehicles, follow up with leads and past customers, and guide people through the buying process from start to finish.

A big part of the job is simply building relationships, communicating well, and following through.

Who We're Looking For

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused job can translate very well.

We're looking for someone dependable, comfortable talking with people, motivated by goals, and interested in building a career where their effort can directly affect their income.

We'll train the right person.
