Fox Acura is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused sales professional to build a high-income career in automotive sales. The role emphasizes relationships with customers and unlimited earning potential, with no cap on earnings.

Top performers deliver vehicles and own the sales process end-to-end, including test drives, negotiations, and final delivery, while collaborating with Sales Managers and Finance to close deals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Availability to work dealership hours, including weekends.
• Automotive dealership sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver vehicles.
• Take full ownership of the sales process from lead to delivery.
• Execute high-volume daily activity to drive your pipeline.
• Proactively greet and engage every customer who walks in.
• Identify needs and match customers with the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and close deals.
• Perform test drives following dealership process.
• Build your own book of business through follow-up and referrals.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to finalize deals.
